When Will I Get My Tracking Number?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number link. You can use it to follow your order’s journey.
How Do I Track My Order?

- Option 2: Check your confirmation email for the tracking number, then use it to view the delivery updates.

Why Has The Tracking Status Not Been Updated? What Should I Do?
Tracking updates may take some time for a few reasons:
- Newly created tracking number: It can take 3–5 business days for updates after your package is shipped, due to delays in scanning and system updates.
- Not yet scanned: Sometimes, the package won’t be scanned until it arrives at the regional hub near the destination.
- In transit: If your package is traveling between countries, updates may pause until it reaches the destination country.
- Arrived in destination country: For international shipping, once your package lands, the tracking link may stop updating — but rest assured, this does not affect delivery.
📌 Important: If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
Why Are My Items Shipped Separately?
- If your order includes different products, they may be shipped separately due to the manufacturing process. Don’t worry — you’ll only be charged one shipping fee at checkout.
- You’ll receive a shipping notification for each package. If your second package hasn’t arrived a few days after the first, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Which Currency Will Be Used?
- On the Homepage, Product Pages, and Cart, prices are displayed in your local currency to make shopping easier.
- At Checkout, your subtotal and any applicable taxes will be converted to US Dollars (USD), and your payment will be processed in USD.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel or update your order, please email our Customer Service team. We’ll check your order status and confirm if it can still be canceled.

How Do I Request For A New Replacement?

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that the exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
